Thames Canoe Hire have a great range of Canoes and Kayaks for hire from our base here on the Thames at Tilehurst, Reading.

All our boats have river licences, are fully insured and come with paddles and buoyancy aids as part of the package, which also includes a full safety briefing. We hire out our boats all year round, subject to local weather and river conditions, but please be aware we reserve the right to cancel any bookings if we feel the conditions are not suitable.

Our boats can be hired out for half a day, a full day, a weekend or for a week and if you'd prefer to paddle down river, rather than from our base, we are happy to meet you at up river locations, complete with boats, so you can paddle back down river over a number of days. Alternatively, check out some of our suggested routes for ideas.

Please note if you require a drop off or a pick up, this must be booked at least two weeks in advance.
